Maritime joint search and rescue exercise in session

A maritime joint search and rescue exercise was held in a sea area of southeast China on Dec. 18. The air and maritime emergency rescue team consisting of helicopters and naval vessels accomplished such subjects as emergency call-out, maritime-and-air search and rescue, first aid on helicopter and transferring the wounded by helicopter.
