Omar: 91 civilians killed by security forces’ bullets

J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday revealed that 91 civilians out of 102 killed in the Valley between June 11 and October 2 died of bullets fired by the security forces. He also said 19 FIRs have been registered against security forces for resorting to unprovoked firing and excessive use of force against protesters.
