"The human factor will decide the fate of war, of all wars. Not the Mirage, nor any other plane, and not the screwdriver, or the wrench or radar or missiles or all the newest technology and electronic innovations. Men—and not just men of action, but men of thought. Men for whom the expression 'By ruses shall ye make war' is a philosophy of life, not just the object of lip service." You know what? Its all about perspective. From China's point of view India is enroaching on its border. Heck, from China's perspective India is occupying 90,000 square kilometers of Chinese territory called Southern Tibet. If the Chinese media was only half as antagonistic about the border issue as India is, we'd probably have more wars over it by now instead of just the one in 1962. The best thing in my opinion is just to ignore these little "border intrusions" in the undefined border areas since how can you really say if someone has "intruded" when the borders are undefined? If China was mobilizing an army in the area then I could understand all the shouting from the media, but these little "incursions" have been going on for years, so just ignore it and maybe cooler heads can reach a resolution in the future.

India doesn't have the resourses to attack China. Right now, China has resoures to wage a war and win decisively against India. What was Chinese media's respose to reported encroachment of US naval ships in the south China Sea?

The number of "incursions" have doubled in the last year.
"maybe cooler heads can reach a resolution "
I hope so too.
