Not sure if China are aware of the implication of introducing female fighter pilots to the rank; the decision seems bit premature.
Good fighter pilots are known for qualities such as aggressiveness (within bond of professionalism, of course) and composure under pressure. Eg. Red Flag, Cope India '04.
